Buffaloes! no--as I live," continued he, elevating his voice, "they are horsemen--perhaps mounted Indians!" "Why do you think so ?" inquired Lucien, hurriedly.
"I saw one between me and the sky.

I can tell the shape of a horse as far as I can see him.
