It shall be the duty of the Secretary to register the names of the members, and of their children, and to supply each of the mothers with a list of the same, together with a copy of the constitution.

She shall also keep a record of the proceedings of each meeting, and, as far as may be convenient, of the topic discussed, and of the remarks elicited by it.

This record shall be read at the commencement of the next subsequent meeting.

She shall likewise receive the contributions of the children, keep an account of the same, and pay it according to the vote of the Association.
