Arranged to attack by night on La Vacquerie-Gonnelieu-- attack unsuccessful. Gallant action of 18th Infantry Brigade transport under Shea, Q.M., 2nd D.L.I., and Paul, Transport officer, 1st West Yorks -- both died of wounds.
