Answer--Yes.

Booker--Was the firing from the Fenians more rapid than from our men?
Answer--Yes, much more so.

Part of the time it was like file firing.

Booker--Did you receive a letter from Major Gillmor and other officers of the Queen's Own, complimenting you for your coolness and conduct at Lime Ridge?
Answer--I did.
