Jangiange presented a leg of Kongolo or Taghetse, having a bunch of white hair beneath the orbital sinus.

Bought food and served out rations to the men for ten days, as water is scarce, and but little food can be obtained at the villages.

The country is very dry and wintry-looking, but flowers shoot out.
