The Brothers were with him when he died, and they offered up prayers after the accustomed manner.

He was in the thirty-eighth year of his age, and the fifteenth after his profession: he came from Zwolle, where he was born of very honest parents, and he loved our patroness St.Agnes the Virgin with a special devotion.
