"You hay'n't hurt your arm, I trust, my dear ?" he added, anxiously.
"Only sprained it a little, that's all," answered Thames; "the pain will go off presently." "Then you _are_ hurt," cried the carpenter in alarm.

"Come down stairs directly, and let your mother look at your wrist.
